Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level *Job Summary* Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, and fulfills the organization's priorities. This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses. *Essential Functions of the Role* * You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices. * You will check nursing procedures.
