Growing together.The Nurse Manager ASC provides leadership in daily clinical operations of the Endoscopy Unit, in accordance with established State rules and regulations, and AAAHC standards for ambulatory surgical facilities. Develops and enforces compliance with ASC policies and procedures. This position works closely with the providers, ASC Director, Clinical-Quality Manager, Nurse Manager OR/ Pre-Op/PACU, ASC Business Office Manager, ASC Educators, Staff, and Medical Staff Leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- BSN or 5+ years of management experience
- Texas RN
- BCLS
- 5+ years of clinical experience in Endoscopy/Preop/PACU
- 2+ years of management experience
- AAAHC preparation experience
- Computer skills; working knowledge with Word, Power Point
Preferred Qualifications:
- MSN
- Specialty Certification
- SGNA/CGRN certification
- ACLS through American Heart Association within one year of hire date
- Ambulatory Surgery Center or Endoscopy Center experience
- Working knowledge with MSM
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
