Description
The Administrator leads daily operations, culture, and outcomes for the community—partnering with nursing, food service, maintenance, activities/admissions, and HR to deliver excellent resident services. You’ll ensure ALR/EALR compliance, survey readiness, strong family satisfaction, and solid performance across quality, census, staffing, and budget.
Requirements
Required:
Leadership experience in Assisted Living/ALR (EALR exposure strongly preferred).
Demonstrated success with NYSDOH surveys, corrective actions, and ongoing compliance.
Proven ability to assist a team and stabilize staffing, run training/competency programs, and elevate culture.
Excellent communication with residents, families, clinicians, and interdisciplinary teams; calm under pressure.
Preferred:
Direct EALR program oversight; coordination with licensed providers (home care, therapies, hospice).
Bachelor’s in Health/Business/Related field (or equivalent experience).
Dementia/memory care experience helpful.
